The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return conditions
A return is possible if:
- the product has not been used;
- the packaging is unopened and undamaged;
- all components are complete;
- the item is not classified as a hygiene product that cannot be returned once opened (cosmetics, skincare products).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping costs
- if the item has no defect, return shipping is paid by the customer;
- if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, shipping is covered by the store.
